SPEAKING TOPICS INCLUDE:

▪️NOT LETTING YOUR CHRONIC ILLNESS DEFINE YOU? I’VE GOT GOOD NEWS AND BAD NEWS FOR YOU!
The bad news is (now don’t go shooting the messenger): IT DOES DEFINE YOU.
Want the good news? IT DOES DEFINE YOU!
And until you get this, really get this, static will muddle your communications with the universe and you won’t get what you want. Let me explain.

▪️RECIPE FOR SUCCESS: STEP ONE, GET A POT
Have you read all the right books, written affirmations, set your goals, created dream-boards, focused, visualize your outcome, petitioned God, surrendered, worked hard, persevered, kept faith, grown from life’s lessons and yet your vision is like a slippery little sucker escaping your grasp?
Ladies and Gents, there is something more at play!
Let me tell you about the Missing Link!

▪️LIVING WITH A CHRONIC ILLNESS? YOU’RE A FREAK’N AMAZING PHONENIX AND THE WORLD NEEDS YOUR MAGIC!
It’s time to stop apologizing for how you were created and to stop shrinking who you are.
Living with a chronic illness develops precious, useful qualities and it’s critically important that these unique qualities be consciously cultivated. This world really needs your insights, strength and compassion right now. It’s time to stop faffing around.

▪️BUILDING A BUSINESS? YOUR ZIGS AND YOUR ZAGS CIRCLE THE X THAT MARKS THE SPOT
Have you become a master at swishing and swooshing around the things you want to avoid?
(I’m picturing a freestyle mogul skiing Olympic event)
Have you noticed the more you circle a bump the bigger it gets? (snow’s piling up in the middle, get it?)
Well, taking a break on top of it may give you a perspective you missed. Just sayin’.

▪️WHAT A QUEST FOR PURPOSE LOOKS LIKE FOR THOSE OF US WHO ARE NOT SPIRITUAL MASTERS
Got guilt? Want to feel like a failure? How about discouraged?
There are a lot of teachings, instructions, programs, and maps out there on how to find your ‘purpose’, ‘mission’, ‘fulfillment’ and ‘success’. Too often, they’re presented as straight lines from Point A to Point B: Do THIS, get THERE—your trusted guide through the desert. Failing to reach Point B in a timely manner (which is inevitable if you’re not an anointed master) leaves us, ‘regular’ folks, feeling guilty, inadequate, panting and really thirsty. Since we usually give it our all, this really sucks.

RETREATS

▪️I’m a nature-lover. Nature is my life’s blood and my soul’s fuel.
It’s where I get my strength, all the good stuff that runs through my brain and all the super good stuff I get from ‘above’. It is my joy to share this with others.
I am at my best with a no-fuss, friendly style where everyone leaves with their hearts filled.

Would you like me to contribute to your next retreat? Call me to see how we can collaborate.
